Hi,
I just received the case today.
But it wasn’t my original designed.
I have followed the instruction which indicated that “
fill the image to the dotted line”
But as the result below. It is oversized.
It is not my expected design.
Kindly advise how to exchange it.

무광밖에 없어서 무광으로 주문했는데 색이 선명해서 넘 이쁘고 귀엽습니다. 전 아이폰 사용자라서 유광으로 했는데, 언니한테 선물하려고 찾아보니 언니 기종은 무광밖에 없더라구요. 아쉬웠지만 그래도 넘 이쁘게 잘 제작해주셔서 기분 좋게 받았습니다. 이번엔 할인 때문인지 좀 제작이 오래 걸렸지만 매번 주문하면 일주일이내 도착해서 좋습니다.

i love the printing! it's definitely of good quality! the casing is sturdy but the downside is that it's very bulky

The printing is good but the casing is "loose" with the main frame. Hope it won't fall off. Like the packaging

I was surprised with how fast this got out to me, granted it was an already made phone case. But because it was coming from South Korea, I was expecting a much longer wait time. But I got it and it's absolutely beautiful!!

It fits perfectly for my iphone XR.
The colors and images are exactly as pictured. Nice and bright and it feels really nice in my hand.
The slide function is perfect and it holds my card really good. I never have to worry about losing it.

I will definitely order another one to go with different outfits!! So if you or someone you love is a HUGE BT21 fan, definitely get them an item here!! I'll probably look around for more things to buy on here!!

Super fast shipping I'm really impressed and surprised. Great quality and I'm just so in love with it. I was super upset that I had to change my phone before my case arrived from casetify, but I'm glad this website existed cz now I have bts with me at all times again

Shipping was super fast! No wait at all to Montreal, Canada. The design of the customization is wonderful!!
But the case itself is huge and it is difficult to use the side buttons. You really have to press hard to either turn of phone or to lower or up the volume. The sliding part is hard to access to as well. But it does protect well the phone.

Other downside is the customs tax that need to be paid is quite elevated.

Worth waiting

제작상품이다 보니 시간이 좀 걸리긴했으나
기대했던것 보다 훨씬 고퀄로 만들어져 있어서 기뻤어요:)
레너드를 가장 좋아하는데 기성품 중에는 별로 선택지가 없어서 늘 아쉽던 1인이었는데
라인 크리에이터 플랫폼을 통해 만들고 싶은 캐릭터를 맘껏 사용해서 직접 제작할 수 있어서 좋아요💕💕

너무너무 맘에들어요

It took a while to arrive but the quality is quite nice. It can fit two cards at the back and the protection strength of the case is quite strong. The only two problems with the order is that the colour on the curved edges are a bit faded or washed and the time took for the whole order to be delivered was quite long. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the product.
