  • Do I need to set up an account?

    To make purchases at LINE FRIENDS CREATOR you do need to register with your email or Facebook ID.

  • Account Confirmation

    Before making your design, you need to confirm your email address. Head on over to the my page and click on confirm your email Address. You should receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

    If you don’t receive the email within 1-2 minutes, try the following:

    • Make sure your email address has been entered correctly - check spelling, spaces and upper or lower cases. Then send the confirmation again.
    • Check the junk mail folder in your email.
    • Try entering another email address, save your changes, then send the confirmation again.
  • I am not registered. Which email should I use?

    Choose an email address you check often, as all communication linked to this order (emails with shipping information, refund confirmations in case of return) will be sent to this address.

  • Can I change my email address?

    No, you cannot change email address. You’re welcome to cancel your current account, then create a new account with a new username and the correct email address.
