Order Process until the Service Termination
For orders received by 24:00 PM on October 19, 2023(PDT), the customizing item will be produced and delivered as usual.
Check Order Details
Once your order is successfully submitted, an order completion will be sent to your email.
Shipping Period
All LINE FRIENDS CREATOR merchandises are made to order. Once your order is shipped, standard shipping time applies. The delivery time on some international orders may take slightly longer – up to 2 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. A customer will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our inventory center. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.
Return/Exchange
You may cancel your order in ‘Order Status’ and it will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your order cancellation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once your order has been cancelled. All products are made to order and cannot be canceled or modified after production step in ‘Order Status’. If the product is damaged or differs significantly from the product shown on the product page, the customer may request a refund within 3 months of receipt, or 30 days from the date they know or should have known about it. If you have received a damaged item, we will replace the item with no additional cost. The damaged item should be returned to LINE FRIENDS CREATOR in order to process the exchange. If it is not possible to re-produce the item with same condition due to the inventory, we will refund the customer in full price, shipping fee included. How to Delete Information
Right to Know and Access. Right to Delete. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the option to delete Personal Information about you that we have collected from you.
